What changed
Our website, control panel, and API now live at dathost.com. Every dathost.net link redirects automatically to the same page on dathost.com, so old links and bookmarks keep working.
The one thing you'll notice
If you were logged in, you've been logged out because login sessions can't follow us across domains. Sign in once at dathost.com, and everything else is exactly as it was: your account, servers, subscriptions, and billing.
Practical tip
If your DatHost password is saved in a password manager, it may still be linked to dathost.net and might not autofill on dathost.com. Update the saved URL, or let your password manager save the new login when you sign in. Your password has not changed.
What stays the same
- Your game servers. Server addresses keep their
*.dathost.nethostnames — nothing changes for you, your configs, or your players. - API integrations. Requests to
dathost.net/apiandapi.dathost.netkeep being served directly with no redirects, so existing scripts and integrations work without any changes, indefinitely. - Affiliate links. Old dathost.net referral links redirect and keep counting. Feel free to update them to dathost.com whenever convenient.
Small things worth doing
- Sign in at dathost.com and update your password manager entry.
- If you had a DatHost tab open from before the switch and something seems off, just reload it.
- Save support@dathost.com as our new contact address.
Why the change?
Because .com is where most people expect to find us. Bringing everything under DatHost.com makes the brand easier to remember, easier to share, and easier to get right the first time.
